At Buffer, we’re all about creating an awesome work culture and exploring new/experimental/innovative ways of working. We’re excited to open up a discussion with our community during Philly Tech Week all about company culture!

This conversation will bring together the “heads of people” from several Philadelphia startups to dig deeply into exploring the concept of culture. Each of them will share their own stories and learnings and we’ll all discuss what a great company culture can look like and how individuals can positively impact the culture at their organizations/companies!
