Google Analytics 101

Registration is at capacity. What do visitors do on your website? Google Analytics is the most-used analytics tool on the planet. This introductory workshop will show you how to understand and measure customer behavior on your site. Instructors will demonstrate how to set up measurement goals and use the data to make better business decisions so that you can grow your business online.

This workshop will cover:

  • An introduction to Google Analytics and Analytics Goals

  • A discussion of what you can track as a goal

  • A step-by-step demonstration for setting up goals in your Google Analytics account.

  • Resources to help you learn more!

If you would like to follow along during the session please make sure that you bring a fully-charged laptop (charging space is limited).

This class assumes you have already signed up for a free Google Analytics account and installed the tracking code on your website. If you would like more information on how to complete these tasks, please email erefbsi@freelibrary.org.
