Claire Marrazzo Greenwood
Bio
As Vice President of Leadership Councils for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Claire Greenwood is responsible for advancing the work of the Chamber and its affiliated organizations to amplify the region’s competitive advantages and for engaging executives to advocate, market, retain and grow companies and jobs to accelerate regional economic growth. Ms. Greenwood also directs the Chamber’s CEO Council for Growth which engages business, higher education and civic leaders to foster regional cooperation, enhance mobility, advance innovation and develop and retain talent in the region. She has led the development of the CEO Council’s sector-specific initiatives which are designed to leverage the region’s competitive advantages, engage CEO’s to advocate, market, retain and grow companies and jobs, and accelerate economic growth in the energy and manufacturing and health care innovation sectors.
Ms. Greenwood joined the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and its CEO Council from Citizens Bank, where she worked in the Human Resources department on Special Projects and supported the President and CEO in his role as the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she was Deputy Director of Policy for the Katz for Mayor Campaign and a Project Manager for Greater Philadelphia First. Ms. Greenwood graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Biological Sciences and a minor in psychology and holds a Master’s of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Greenwood is a member of the Board of Directors for Campus Philly.
