Lysa Dahlin

Lysa leads the design and implementation of people strategies for Comcast’s global Engineering & Platform Services division. As different delivery platforms, customer expectations and content distribution models evolve, EPS develops forward-thinking technology to support the competitiveness of Comcast’s entertainment and information products and services.

Lysa has helped design and build Comcast’s technology organization as a trusted partner and talent strategist. She leads HR consultation and business partnership, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, M&A, organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement and communications. She works with Comcast leaders across varied business units, field divisions and HR to design programs that enable the innovation and change critical to compete in today’s technology sector.

In her 15-year tenure with Comcast and predecessor companies, Lysa has held senior HR roles across customer care, finance, business development, mergers & acquisitions, marketing and sales organizations. Previously, Lysa held senior positions at AT&T, Media One, and Progress Software and progressively responsible roles at TJX Companies and American Express. Lysa earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and MBA studies at Suffolk University.
