Sam is the Head of People at RJMetrics and is responsible for everything “people” related, such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, culture, and much more. Sam’s passion is her people and her top priority is ensuring that the RJMetrics team feels supported, empowered, and proud to a part of the RJMetrics story. RJMetrics has been very fortunate to be named one of Philly’s Top Places to Work (2016), Coolest Companies (2015), Best Places to Work (2015), and Best Corporate Culture (2015). Outside the office, you can find Sam at a comic-book related movie with her husband, enjoying the fantastic dining scene in Philadelphia, or at Orangetheory Fitness.
