I am an Advisor with Cresa. We believe the commercial real estate model is inherently broken, inflexible and unfair to tenants - greatly favoring landlords. Transparency is lacking and conflicts are rampant - tenants deserve much more than what the industry has historically provided.

We believe the true value of real estate is ultimately created by the tenant and we capitalize upon it. Workplaces should support and inspire and we help to create them. We are here to level the playing field and place tech companies in the best possible position to succeed.
